The customer can choose products from various categories such as grocery & staples, meats & seafood, fruits & vegetables, Snacks & beverages, personal care, baby care, pet care and much more.
What cities and locations do you serve?
Currently, we are serving in Noida only. Soon, we will be expanding our operations to Delhi, Gurgaon and other parts of NCR.
What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. However, there is a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.
Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?
No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can track the status of your order from My Orders section.
How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?
You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel within 2 hours and reorder, in case you want to return any product, we have no question ask policy for returning products at the time of delivery.

How one can make payments at Grocio?
Grocio accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using Net banking, PayU Money & Cash/card on delivery (COD).
How long do you take to initiate my refund?
All the settled amount for refunds & returns will be automatically credited to customer’s Grocio e-wallet within 1-2 working Days, once the order is delivered.
What is Grocio e-wallet?
Grocio e-wallet is a cashless method of transacting on the Grocio Platform. Customer’s Grocio e-wallet will automatically activate upon registration. Any refund or settlements will be automatically credited to customer’s e-wallet within 1-2 working days. This can be used at any point in time for future transactions on Grocio Web or App.
Can I top up my Grocio e-wallet?
Yes, you can add money to your Grocio e-wallet anytime.
How can I review my receipt?
We will send a copy of your receipt just after you place an order to your registered email and also at the time of delivery in physical form. However, you can look at your Order history in the “My Orders” tab.
Cancellation & Returns :-
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order via the app or web within 2 Hours of the order time. This option is available under the “My Orders” tab in “Dashboard Section”.
What If I want to return something?
If you’re dissatisfied with the products you can return them at the time of delivery, we have no question asked policy and will initiate the refund to your e-wallet for prepaid orders, For COD orders you will only for what you need. In case you want to register a complaint write to us on email@example.com with your order id & details. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue.
Can I reschedule my order?
Yes, you can do this by clicking on the “My Orders” section. You can also reschedule your order as per your convenience basis the slots available, provided the order is not already dispatched.
What if I have any complaint regarding my order?
You can use the “Contact Us” section of the app/web. Our customer care executives are always happy to help.
Placing an order:-
How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I ordered are of good quality?
Our fruits and vegetable vendors have a quality check process in place to ensure the quality of the items is up to the mark. Do let us know within 24 Hours if you’re not happy with the quality of product received.
How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?
You will receive a call informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund (if any) will also be initiated within 1-2 working days.
Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on Grocio?
Yes, it is. All transactions on Grocio are completed via secure payment gateway ( PayUmoney) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.
Can I schedule an order at my convenience?
Sure. At the checkout page, you can select a delivery slot of your choice.

Do you charge for delivery?
The minimum order value and the delivery charges are mentioned on the app and web at the checkout page.
What are your delivery timing?
Our deliveries begin at 7 AM and the last delivery is completed by 9 PM.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order and reorder from a different locality.
What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?
On rare occasions, due to some unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the exact delivery time of your order.
