We have multiple options for making payment both online and offline. A customer can pay for their order via Online payment, E-wallets, POS & Cash. Alternatively, one can pay at the time of delivery by Cash or POS using credit/debit cards.


  • Payments Gateways

We have partnered with PayUmoney for all incoming and outgoing transactions through our website. Our trusted payment gateway is in accordance with the law as stated by RBI and is secured with required encryption and ensures the safety of your transactions and transaction-related details.


  • E-wallet Services

GROCIO is having its own e-wallet. Just add money to your e-wallet and make the payment hassle free without having to remember credit/debit card or net banking details every time. For any issues related to GROCIO e-wallet, call at 9213118118 or email us at  info@grocio.in

Partner e-wallets are handled by respective companies only and we have no control over their services. For any issues related to partner e-wallet services, we advise you to contact their customer service.


  • Payment using POS

You can make the payment using POS facility through your credit/debit card by selecting Card on Delivery Option at checkout. We will make sure to carry POS machines with us for Cash on Delivery options as well. However, in certain cases (when you select Cash on Delivery option) we may or may not carry POS.


  • Cash

You can make the payment using cash by selecting ‘Cash on Delivery’ option at checkout. We accept cash only in Indian denominations & Currency. We recommend you to keep change whenever possible for the convenience while order delivery.


  • Refunds

A refund shall be made only for returned products, returned orders, or any other product/quality issues(At the Time of Delivery). We cross-check the product before processing refunds from our side.

We make refunds in your GROCIO e-wallets only. We don’t offer refunds in cash or any other mode.Your refunds may take time anywhere between 24 hours to 48 hours depending on the case.

In case of payment failure and money deduction from your bank account/credit card, our payment gateway partner would process the refund automatically and you will get the complete refund back to your account/card within 5-7 working days.
